If you take advantage of our Managed Services deal, we will be keeping constant track of your VPS server and all the processes running on it. In this way you will have more time for your sites or web apps.

Weekly Backups

Creating a backup of a VPS Plan definitely isn’t the simplest assignment on earth. You will either have to use some other server or your desktop PC, or, alternatively use a 3rd–party software. We offer a considerably simpler solution with our Managed Services offer. We’ll create a full backup copy of your VPS server every single week, so you never have to fear losing key data. Last but not least we can always retrieve a backup really quickly. All backups we make are stored on a special machine with a RAID array of hard drives, so if anything goes wrong with your web content, we’ve got your back.

Installation & Troubleshooting

With a VPS Plan, you have total freedom to run any script or service on your server. Still, some scripts are more difficult to run and may require some extra configuration on your part. This is when our Managed Services offer will help you out. It includes half an hour of installation & trouble–shooting duties – it means that you can literally hire one of our experienced server administrators for half an hour and have him assist you with the installation of any software program that you need. Alternatively have him rectify a trouble that you’re experiencing with your Virtual Private Server.

The Managed Services solution comes bundled with the majority of our OpenVZ VPS Plans and is an extra feature with our KVM VPS Plans.
