Catch-all Emails in Shared Hosting
In case you have a shared hosting plan with our company and you’d like to enable the catch-all functionality for a given e-mailbox that you’ve got in the hosting account, it will take literally just one click in the Email Manager section of your Hepsia Control Panel to achieve that. A catch-all button is available on the right-hand side of each email address that you have created under any domain hosted in the account. You can choose one address per domain by clicking on the corresponding button. This will activate the feature right away, so all emails sent to mistyped email addresses will be received there. Clicking the button once more will turn off the catch-all feature. In case you’ve got activated email forwarding, our system will display a warning note and you won’t be able to enable the catch-all feature unless you remove the forwarding or you can simply choose a different mailbox to be the catch-all one.
Catch-all Emails in Semi-dedicated Servers
A catch-all email address can be configured with a few clicks of the mouse in case you have a semi-dedicated hosting plan with our company. The hosting account will be administered via our custom-developed Hepsia hosting Control Panel and you will be able to set up email addresses with any domain name hosted here. To activate the catch-all option for a given mailbox, you will have to click the symbol with the same name, which will be on the right-hand side of each email address. Deactivating this functionality can be accomplished in the very same fashion and will not require more than a click either. In case the catch-all option has already been activated for a particular domain, you will receive a warning. The same is valid if the mailbox that you would like to be a catch-all one has email forwarding activated, as our system will never deactivate or modify anything automatically.
